In the current life of organizations it is the structure of the organization that determines success, the challenges we face reaching that success and the causes of failure in managing that relationship. I present an argument that understanding the Executive functions, processes and responsibilities to the organization are essential to individual success. I wrote the following article for Urban Times, titled Who Cares? The Price of Leadership, on the simple premise that at the end of the day organizations only care about the functionality of the organization and not the Executive.
Once Executives and those in Leadership positions begin to accept this reality maybe, just maybe, Organizations will thrive differently.
